The architecture of this building stands out among traditional and medieval styles in the area.  Two buildings create the effect of a suave look, while one building seems to be leaning against the other.  Understanding that this building was bombed in 1945 can give it another ideology.  Despite its sad past, the current building is unique and unusual.
