If you are tired of the busy city or you are looking to take a stroll in a green fresh area or exercise in a nature environment, you can consider Petrin Hill as a destination.
This stop offers some attractions, great views and pleasant walks.
If your time is limited or your physical condition makes it difficult to move up or down the hill, there is a funicular that allows you to save some time and/or avoid steep access to the top. Indeed, at the top of the hill, at the last stop of the funicular, you will have access to the Observatory (Stephanic) Astronomical Center, an observation deck which is styled like the Eiffel Tower, gardens and more. The walking paths can lead you to different areas of the mountain and city where you can encounter mature trees, the Hunger Wall, Strahov Monastery, the Church of St.Lawrence, the Rose Garden, the Memorial to the Communism Victims and statues.
